Looking for Volunteers at Events

 We’re always looking for ways to make PVCI stronger, more active, and more enjoyable for everyone. Volunteers are the heart of our organization—the more members who get involved, the more events, activities, and opportunities we can provide throughout the year. Whether you can give a few hours, help with an event, or lend your skills behind the scenes, every contribution makes a difference. If you have some time to spare, we encourage you to get involved.

This is a chance to meet lots of people and explain what PVCI is all about.  We typically have furs, skulls, and information about PVCI. This is a brief listing of some of the locations we could use volunteers at: 

1. AZGF Expo

2. Cabelas/Bass Pro Shop

3. Cal-Ranch

4. Sportsmans Warehouse

5. Christian Hunters of America 

6. Other local outdoor businesses and events

If you enjoy getting outdoors and working with Kids and teaching about wildlife. This may be the perfect chance. We do 3 or 4 events every year with Arizona Elk Society. During Wild in the City and Wapati Weekend events where PVCI teaches kids about Animal Identification. 

Multiple camps throughout the state. Either ours or one of the many groups we do partner events with. 

If you enjoy getting outdoors & cooking. Here is a chance to get out and have a good time. Either a PVCI Event or maybe one of our Partners. Either way let's get outdoors and get cooking.

1. Campout & Barbeque (May)

2. Fishing Derby (May)

3. See Canyon Trail Clearing (August)

4. Ray Evridge/George Knox Memorial Boot Camp (August)

5. Bingo, held twice a year (April/ September)

6. Christmas Party and Auction (December)

7. Christmas Food Donation Drive (December)

 Our Annual Christmas Party is PVCI’s largest fundraising event of the year, and its success depends greatly on the support of our volunteers. We are looking for members who can lend a hand with event setup and cleanup, including the check-in area, food service, silent auction, raffle tables, and other event activities. Every helping hand makes a difference, and together we can make this year’s Christmas Party and fundraiser a great success! Please contact Mike O. or Ray K. for more information.

 Bingo volunteers are needed to help make our events successful, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you can help with setup, ticket and game sales, assisting players, distributing prizes, cleanup, or other event activities, your time and support are greatly appreciated. The more volunteers we have, the smoother the event runs and the more fun everyone can have. Please consider lending a hand and helping PVCI make Bingo a success!
